Please look for flights that arrive at Cancún International Airport (CUN). There are many direct flights from California ranging from 4 to 5 hours. Once you have booked your flights, please use the website below to arrange your airport transfers directly with the Moon Palace Resort. Or you can email transfercancun@palaceresorts.com.

Each guest of the group will be responsible for booking the transportation service with a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Transfers are complimentary for everyone booking a minimum of 4 nights up to a maximum 2 arrival flights / 2 departure flights. For example: A room with 3 adults and they all have different flights, they will be charged for 1 of the transfers

Guests staying less than 4 nights can purchase "Shared" transfers from the hotel for $26 USD - this is an approximate cost and is subject to change. You also have the option to purchase private transfers directly from the booking link when booking your reservation
