Clothing Guide

The weekend before all guests will be added to a group chat on Whatsapp so that we can all communicate details, locations, and timing of the events. If you don't already, please download Whatsapp.

Group Chat

Please look for flights that arrive at Cancún International Airport (CUN). There are many direct flights from California ranging from 4 to 5 hours. Once you have booked your flights, please use the website below to arrange your airport transfers directly with the Moon Palace Resort. Or you can email <a href="mailto:transfercancun@palaceresorts.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">transfercancun@palaceresorts.com</a>. Each guest of the group will be responsible for booking the transportation service with a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Transfers are complimentary for everyone booking a minimum of 4 nights up to a maximum 2 arrival flights / 2 departure flights. For example: A room with 3 adults and they all have different flights, they will be charged for 1 of the transfers Guests staying less than 4 nights can purchase "Shared" transfers from the hotel for $26 USD - this is an approximate cost and is subject to change. You also have the option to purchase private transfers directly from the booking link when booking your reservation. Important note: Each guest is allowed one suitcase per person. Extra luggage must be declared in advance and may incur additional fees.

Payment

No deposit required upon booking. Final payment will be&nbsp;automatically charged to credit card on file 31 days before check in.

Cancellation Policy 

If the room is canceled more than four days before check-in, no charges or fees will apply.&nbsp;If the Room is canceled within 3 days before Check In, a 1-night payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded.&nbsp;
