How do I RSVP?
For a destination wedding, the official RSVP is for your accommodation booking. As long as your room is booked, you are considered RSVP'ed to our wedding.
When do I need to book by?
Deadline to book your accommodation is November 15th. You’ll get the most options and best rates if you book early. This will ensure proper time for the bride and groom to finalize their wedding week plans. We strongly suggest booking early as space is always subject to availability.
Is there a minimum stay at the resort?
Yes! As per the resort policy, all reservations must be a minimum of 4 nights. If you're unable to stay all 4 nights, please book the "Group Flexible Rate" or the "Flex Rate" for the required 4 nights. Then, email your confirmation to groups@hypetravel.com, and they can modify your reservation to match your actual stay.
Do I have to stay at the resort?
Yes, stay at the resort where the wedding is taking place! Guests must stay at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun and book from the link under the "Accommodations" tab to attend any of our events. This may sound basic to you, but you’ll be surprised that a couple people choose to book a cheaper room elsewhere in order to “save” money. The truth is that most of the time you end up not saving money after factoring in a day pass, usually ranging around $90+ dollars per person, to have access to the host hotel, your taxi ride and on top of that you end up missing all the pre-wedding day activities such as welcome cocktails, pre-wedding events, beach volleyball fun and all the swim up bar action.
What's not included in my all-inclusive trip?
Although your trip is “all-inclusive”, there are a few items you’ll want to take into consideration. Tips! Bring a small bundle of 1’s and 5’s with for tipping around the resort. Gratuities are technically included with your travel package, but the staff is always appreciative of the kind gesture. Be prepared by bringing small bills with so you have them if you choose to tip. Tours, excursions and spa treatments are also services which are not included. You can pay with cash or credit card for these at the hotel. When traveling within Mexico, U.S. Dollars are typically accepted currency.
What if I need to make modfications to my reservation after booking?
If you are unable to make modifications yourself with your reservation, please reach out to our travel team at groups@hypetravel.com.
